This notice applies to the SOMCREO coming-soon website at www.somcreo.com. The site currently has no forms, user accounts, sign-in, bookings or payments.
Who is responsible?

What data may be processed?
Our hosting provider, Zoner, may process technical request data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL and timestamps. This can appear in server logs. We do not set a retention period for these logs here; retention is determined by the provider’s operational and security practices.
Optional Google Analytics may process information about visits, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and an online identifier. Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics”. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising signals, advertising personalisation or personalised advertising.
Why and on what basis?
- Website delivery, security and basic technical operation: our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and safe.
- Optional analytics: your consent, which you can refuse without losing access to the site.
Cookies and choices
The analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage for six months. The site offers equally prominent options to reject or accept analytics. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Privacy settings” when that control is available; withdrawal stops analytics and removes relevant analytics cookies on this site. If Google Analytics is enabled, Google Analytics cookies commonly have default lifetimes of up to two years, unless their settings are changed. Actual cookie names and lifetimes can vary with the configuration.
Google and international processing
Google Analytics is provided by Google. Google may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area under its applicable terms and safeguards. We do not promise that processing takes place only within the EEA. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s data processing terms for more information.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Finnish supervisory authority, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
